How to use a gift card TheFork

1. TheFork Gift Card (“Gift Cards”) can be used only at participating TheFork restaurants.
2. Participating restaurants can be searched: a) by clicking on the ‘Where to use my Gift Card?’’ button in TheFork Pay; b) once you input the Gift Card code in TheFork PAY by searching the list of participating restaurants that will appear in TheFork PAY; or c) on the Platform using the “Gift Cards” filter.
3. The number of gift cards to pay for the purchase is not limited, they can be summarized.
4. The GIft Card is valid for 18 months from its date of issue (which may be before you actually receive the Gift Card) as indicated on the Gift Card, unless its value is entirely spent before that deadline. The Gift Cards consist of a code and associated visual and information.
5. The value is pre-determined and cannot be changed.
6. There will be no replacement, reload or refund (even partial) of the Gift Cards and TheFork accepts no liability in case of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorised use of the Gift Cards.
7. The Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Gift Cards cannot be resold but can be given to another person.
9. The purchase of a Gift Card does not result in any attribution of Yums. The Gift Cards cannot be used in any other manner or for anything other than as provided in these Conditions of Use. TheFork reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Use from time to time at its discretion.
10. These Conditions of Use are applicable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
