Delivery

All gift cards available at giftmall.es are in electronic form and are sent by e-mail. After placing the order and making the payment, an e-mail with the gift card will be immediately sent to the e-mail address provided by you.

Payment

You can conveniently pay for the purchase of gift cards with a Visa / Mastercard payment card through our system in the "Payments" chapter.

Returns

Due to the security of activation codes for all gift cards available in the giftmall catalog, it is not possible to return and make a complaint.
