MediaMarkt Gift Card

How to use the MediaMarkt gift card

1. The MediaMarkt gift card is valid for up to 24 months.
2. If the balance on the account is not sufficient for your purchase, you can pay the difference in cash or, where appropriate, in any other form that is supported by the establishment.
3. The balance of the card can be used for full or partial payment of products purchased in MediaMarkt stores.
4. The gift card can be used as many times as desired until the total amount of the card is used up.
5. The gift card can be recharged in all stores with the amount you want, but the available balance cannot exceed the maximum limit, which is 1.000€.  The initial load of the purchased cards cannot exceed €150.
6. The card can be used by you or given to another person. The card is not personal and does not include any information about you: only the available balance. 
7. By presenting the card at any MediaMarkt store cashier you can check the updated balance or you can also check your balance through the link wbiprod.storedvalue.com.
8. The Gift Card can only be used for purchases in Spain and/or on our website www.mediamarkt.es.
9. Gift cards, in any of their formats, are not redeemable for their value in cash and/or other means of payment, nor will their balance be refundable in any case. It is only valid for products in stock at MediaMarkt. 
10. With each recharge made on the customer's card, a recharge receipt will be given to the customer. The only means of proof accepted for any claim of the customer, especially relating to recharges, will be the presentation of the ticket receipt of the corresponding recharge, no claim arising from the use of the card without the presentation of the same.
11. MediaMarkt will not be responsible for gift cards that have been lost, stolen, damaged or used without consent and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
